LAGUNA BEACH RESIDENCE

This unique Adobe-style home was built in 1974 by a master builder and carpenter for his own family, showcasing exceptional craftsmanship and a beautifully stained wood interior. When the new owner acquired the property, their aim was to preserve the home's integrity while infusing a modern flair through minimal renovations. Collaborating closely with the owner, I crafted a design that honors the original character of the home while incorporating contemporary elements. The outcome is a seamless and harmonious blend of old and new that promises years of aesthetic and functional beauty.
